RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in online customer support
Assisting in maintaining our E-commerce stores.
Assist in picking products, researching listings, and marketing the various products online, etc.
Assist with market research
Write concise, well-polished written content consistent with the company's tone
Utilize various social media platforms & generate appropriate content for social media (Facebook, YouTube, Yelp, and, etc.)
Monitor online conversations on social media channels and respond to users
Take pictures, List items, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with customer service
MUST HAVE excellent writing skills
Social media savvy
Strong content writing skills (blogs and/or social media preferred)
High attention to detail and quality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,)
